- You must present your QR code and print your badge at the reception.

- Your registration type grants access to both the exhibition and conference areas.
Code of Conduct
- All attendees must respect Saudi Arabia’s laws, traditions, and dress code.
- By attending, you grant permission for event organizers to use photos/videos of you for official event media.
Payment & Refund Policy

Health & Safety
- Follow all safety instructions provided by the organizers and authorities.
- Anyone showing symptoms of illness may be refused entry to protect participants.
Liability
- Organizers are not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage to personal property.
- Attendees should safeguard their belongings at all times.
Event Changes
- Organizers may adjust the schedule, location, or activities without prior notice. Significant updates will be communicated promptly.
Privacy Policy
- Information collected during registration will only be used for event purposes and not shared with third parties without consent.
Compliance
- Attendees must follow event staff instructions. Non-compliance may lead to removal without refund.
